- An extension of up to six months may be granted on merit. Applications for extension must be submitted at least two months before the scholarship’s expiry, accompanied by a seminar presentation and recommendations from the advisory committee.

The academic year is divided into two periods for scholarship payments:
- First Period: From the date of joining to January 31st (1st semester).
- Second Period: From February 1st to July 31st (2nd semester).
