In April 2025, Central Ministries and Departments addressed 1,25,027 public grievances through the CPGRAMS platform, achieving an average disposal time of 16 days. This reflects ongoing efforts under DARPG’s 10-step reform process aimed at enhancing grievance resolution efficiency.
